Valentines day is right around the corner and what better way to show your loved one your appreciation than a hand made tag. These are really simple to whip up and took me under an hour from start to finish. These are perfect to adorn a bag of sweets or a simple gift. Better yet, if you have left overs these can be used on a variety of gifts (except for the ones that say "Happy Valentines Day" right on them).
